Les crises nucléaires coréenne et iranienne mettent en danger le régime de non-prolifération patiemment élaboré depuis les années 1960. Tout au long de la guerre froide, les grandes puissances, qui ont vu se succéder des crises incluant l’hypothèse nucléaire, ont toujours réussi à prévenir le pire. Faudra-t-il repasser par de semblables épreuves, voire par une nouvelle crise de Cuba pour parvenir à une gestion responsable du nucléaire dans le nouveau contexte stratégique ? |

The great nations have witnessed, all during the Cold War, crises that included the nuclear hypothesis. The multiplication of nuclear actors who do not have the same experience is making the system unstable. Will we again have to experience the Cold War stages, with a new Cuban crisis, this time explicitly nuclear? |
