| Summary, etc. | This article tries to point the interest of psychoanalysis in a psychiatric department in prison, where the subject is locked and stiffled down to his own word. Taking a step back to the possibilities of the psychoanalytic discourse to have a place in the public psychiatric system, since it is the only place in which psychoanalysis can find its place in the penitentiary system, we modestly try to show how psychoanalysis is contrary to the discourse of power as Michel Foucault describes in “Surveiller et Punir”. Showing new extensions of the panopticon, we show that the inmate word loses more and more of its substance against the custodial and judiciary machine. So, with the ethics of psychoanalysis as Jacques Lacan describes it, it becomes possible for psychoanalysis to give back this importance and this subjective responsibility (contrary as judiciary responsibility) that allows the subject to make sense of his actions, and, that being said, to open to a new form of discourse which, in addition, will allow him to symbolize something of the “réel” that exceeded him and put him in this place. |

| Summary, etc. | Cet article vise à resituer les intérêts de la clinique psychanalytique dans un service de psychiatrie en milieu carcéral, à l’endroit même où le sujet se trouve enfermé et bâillonné jusque dans sa parole. En faisant un retour sur les possibilités du discours analytique de s’insérer dans la psychiatrie de service public, puisqu’il s’agit là du seul lieu où la psychanalyse peut trouver une place dans le milieu carcéral, nous tentons modestement de montrer comment l’analyse se situe à contrecourant du discours du pouvoir établi par Michel Foucault dans « Surveiller et Punir ».En passant par les nouvelles extensions du panoptisme, nous montrons que la parole du détenu perd de plus en plus sa substance face à une machine judiciaire et carcérale. Alors, par son éthique telle que Lacan la décrit, il est possible pour la psychanalyse de redonner cette importance et cette responsabilité subjective (a contrario de la responsabilité judiciaire) qui permet au sujet de donner un sens à ses actes et donc par là-même de s’ouvrir à une nouvelle forme de discours, qui, de surcroît, lui permettra de symboliser quelque chose du réel qui l’a dépassé et mis à cette place. |
