Elle questionne aussi une identité européenne qui s’impose de moins en moins aux logiques nationales. Au-delà, la crise affecte gravement le moral des Européens : le projet européen dans son ensemble paraît usé. Ce projet ne pourrait rebondir qu’en se redéfinissant autour des notions de politisation, de subsidiarité, de solidarité et de différenciation. |
