Summary, etc. | Par le moyen d’une recherche participative, cet article interroge l’évaluation des enseignements par les étudiants dans des formations continues diplômantes dispensées dans un institut universitaire de formation des enseignants en Suisse. La recherche examine le point de vue de plusieurs acteurs, parties prenantes des programmes concernés et de leur évaluation. Certains de ces acteurs sont co-auteurs de l’article. Les résultats examinent le rapport des acteurs à l’outil standard utilisé pour évaluer les enseignements, ainsi que les différentes formes de reconnaissance qu’ils expriment par rapport aux enjeux de professionnalisation des programmes. Ce faisant, la recherche éclaire différents enjeux de collaboration qui se nouent autour de cette évaluation et, plus largement, des programmes de formation. |

Summary, etc. | This paper presents a participative research about the student evaluation of teaching in continuing training programs proposed in a university institute in Switzerland. The research project examines the viewpoints of different stakeholders who are concerned by the programs and its evaluation. Some of these actors are co-authors of this article. The results expose the actors’ relationship with the standardized tool used to evaluate lessons. They show different forms of recognition related to the professionalization goal of the training programs. In doing so, the article stresses different collaboration issues developed around the student evaluation of teaching and, more broadly, around the continuing training programs. |
