Summary, etc. | Cet article aborde la situation de l’alternance en Espagne et la proposition d’appliquer le système dual dans la formation professionnelle. L’objectif de cette recherche après avoir analysé les différentes pratiques et instruments pédagogiques existants, ainsi que les différentes variables de formation qui sont appliquées dans les deux systèmes, est de faire une proposition d’adéquation de la formation professionnelle aux décideurs. La recherche sera faite avec une démarche mixte ; des enquêtes, des focus group et des études de cas auprès les acteurs des centres de formation professionnel, analysant les objectifs : accès à l’emploi, réussite scolaire et inclusion sociale. |

Summary, etc. | This article presents the situation of Alternating Cycle Education in Spain with the proposal for the application of the dual system in formal vocational training. The objective of this research after analysing the different existing pedagogical practices and instruments, as well as the different training variables that are applied in both systems is to make a proposal for the adequacy of vocational training to decision-makers. The research will be done with a mixed approach ; surveys, focus group and case study to the actors of professional training centers, analysing the objectives : access to employment, educational success, and social inclusion. |
