Summary, etc. | En parcourant une sélection de résultats de deux recherches participatives (La Galère et Le Triptyque) menées dans des services et établissements s’adressant à des personnes en situation de handicap psychique en hébergement et en milieu ouvert, nous interrogeons la relation éducative comme lieu de professionnalisation des travailleurs sociaux par l’hybridation des expertises de tous les acteurs de l’intervention sociale. En effet, si les textes d’orientation récemment parus (Rapport Piveteau, Livre vert du HCTS, 2022) mettent l’accent sur la reconnaissance et la valorisation de l’expertise usagère dans la formation initiale et continue des travailleurs sociaux, nos recherches montrent que la relation éducative est, plus avant encore, structurée par l’hybridation des expertises usagères, domestiques, professionnelles et enfin, scientifiques qui dévoile une andragogie prometteuse pour l’intervention sociale, restée peu étudiée encore aujourd’hui. |

Summary, etc. | By going through a selection of results of two participatory studies (La Galère and Le Triptyque) carried out in services and establishments for people with mental disabilities in sheltered housing and in the community, we question the educational relationship as a place of professionalization of social workers via the hybridization of the expertise of all the actors in the social intervention. Indeed, while the recently published guidance material (Piveteau Report, HCTS Green Paper, 2022) emphasizes the recognition and valorization of user expertise in the initial and continuous training of social workers, our research shows that the educational relationship is further structured by the hybridization of user, domestic, professional, and finally scientific expertise. This reveals a promising andragogy for social intervention that has been little studied until now. |
