| Summary, etc. | À partir de la distinction entre les essais philosophiques d’Emmanuel Levinas et ses commentaires talmudiques, cet article cherche à comprendre comment s’articulent, chez lui, rationalité philosophique et référence aux sources juives. Il vise à mettre en évidence une double modalité d’articulation, qui maintient une ferme distinction entre le versant phénoménologique et le versant exégétique de l’œuvre de Levinas, en même temps qu’elle permet à la fois de renouveler et d’enrichir les perspectives d’interprétation des sources talmudiques, et d’ouvrir des voies philosophiques radicalement nouvelles. |

| Summary, etc. | Through the distinction between the philosophical essays of Emmanuel Levinas and his Talmudic commentaries, this article aims to understand how, according to Levinas, philosophical rationality and references to Jewish sources are linked. It aims to highlight a double modality of connection, which maintains a firm distinction between the phenomenological and exegetical aspects of Levinas’ work; a work that also renews and enriches perspectives of interpretation of Talmudic sources and opens radically new philosophical paths. |
