| Summary, etc. | Cette étude propose d’analyser l’influence d’un modèle de gouvernance interorganisationnelle sur la capacité des acteurs à décider et agir. Une étude de cas a été menée au sein d’un réseau non hiérarchique, celui des MAIA. Cette recherche a permis dans un premier temps de qualifier le modèle de gouvernance étudié. Dans un second temps, les sources et les jeux de pouvoir entre les deux sphères d’influence tutélaires du sanitaire et du social ont été identifiés. Cette analyse a permis d’évaluer leur influence sur le processus de décision des acteurs et d’identifier des points de blocage. Des leviers d’action ont été mis en évidence qui peuvent éclairer la mise en place de nouveaux modèles de gouvernance pour les nouveaux dispositifs d’appui à la coordination (DAC). |

| Summary, etc. | This study proposes to analyse the influence of an inter-organisational governance model on the capacity of actors to decide and act. A case study was conducted within a non-hierarchical network, the MAIA. This research firstly enabled the governance model studied to be qualified. Secondly, the sources and power games between the two spheres of influence of the health and social sectors were identified. This analysis made it possible to evaluate their influence on the decision-making process of the actors and to identify blocking points. Levers for action were highlighted that could shed light on the implementation of new governance models for the new coordination support systems (DAC). |
