Summary, etc. | Cet article vise à contribuer au développement des travaux portant sur la période post-perturbation du contrat psychologique (CP) des salariés opérationnels des EHPAD. Dans ce but, nous avons réalisé une recherche-action dans un établissement privé à but non lucratif. Cette recherche permet d’identifier sept éléments perturbateurs du CP et montre comment les échanges sur ceux-ci entre les membres de l’EHPAD peuvent contribuer à la création d’un « contrat psychologique consensuel » dont les obligations réciproques sont clarifiées et approuvées par toutes les fonctions de l’établissement. Elle pointe également les difficultés des managers à honorer leurs obligations liées à l’organisation du travail et au management d’équipe. Cette recherche montre enfin l’utilité de la méthode de la recherche-action et le rôle que peut jour la communication interpersonnelle dans la mise en place des actions permettant d’atténuer les conséquences négatives de la perturbation du CP. |

Summary, etc. | This article aims to contribute to the development of work on the post-disruption period of the psychological contract (PC) of operational employees in nursing homes. To this end, we conducted an action-research in a private non-profit institution. This research identifies seven disruptive elements of the PC and shows how exchanges on these elements between the members of the institution can contribute to the creation of a “consensual psychological contract” whose reciprocal obligations are clarified and approved by all the actors of the nursing home. It also points out the difficulties managers have in fulfilling their obligations related to work organization and team management. Finally, this research shows the usefulness of the action-research method and the role that interpersonal communication can play in the implementation of actions to mitigate the negative consequences of PC disruption. |
