Summary, etc. | Notre recherche se propose d’étudier en profondeur l’engagement au travail des directeurs de l’administration régionale tunisienne dans un contexte post-révolution. Les vingt-cinq entretiens semi-directifs menés dans le cadre de notre étude qualitative permettent une compréhension plus fine de l’essence de leur engagement (obligation, volonté-intérêt, volonté-valeurs, plaisir). Nos résultats mettent en exergue une approche multi-cibles de l’engagement au travail dans le secteur public régional. |

Summary, etc. | Our study proposes to tackle in depth the work commitment of the Tunisian regional administration directors in the post-revolution context. The 25 semi-structured interviews conducted as part of our qualitative research allowed us to gain a finer understanding of the commitment essence among these managers (obligation, will-interest, will-values, pleasure). Our results highlight a multi-target approach of work engagement in the regional public sector. |
