Israël en a particulièrement bénéficié, ce qui n’a pas manqué d’avoir un impact sur les relations avec les pays voisins. Les tensions se sont par exemple accrues avec le Liban, la délimitation de la frontière maritime israélo-libanaise faisant l’objet d’un contentieux. La récente découverte d’un méga-gisement dans les eaux égyptiennes devrait modifier l’équilibre énergétique régional. |
