Les peuples d’Europe ne se reconnaissent pas dans la bureaucratie bruxelloise et tendent à se replier sur leur pré carré national. Toutefois, la coopération intergouvernementale fonctionne mal, comme l’a notamment montré la gestion de la crise des réfugiés. Les institutions européennes, telles qu’elles existent aujourd’hui, sont à bout de souffle. Seul un saut fédéral permettra de sortir de l’impasse. |
