La difficulté est d’autant plus grande que l’ASEAN est souvent perçue comme une structure élitiste, dont les activités ne profitent guère aux classes moyennes et inférieures. Toutefois, les dirigeants de la région sont conscients de ces problèmes et souhaitent y remédier par des actions concrètes. Ces actions semblent produire des résultats, en particulier auprès des jeunes. |
