Elle reste aujourd’hui divisée sur l’analyse même du problème migratoire pour l’avenir, et n’a pas mis en place les dispositifs qui permettraient de répondre à de nouvelles crises. Ce sont les mécanismes de décision de l’Union, les principes mêmes de son action, ainsi que sa crédibilité internationale, qui sont ainsi mis en cause. |

Today, it remains divided on the very analysis of the migration problem and has not put systems in place which would enable it to respond to new crises. It is the EU’s decision-making processes, the very principles of its actions, as well as its international credibility, that are called into question. |
