Pillage or restructuration ?Previously dominated by a public monopoly, new actors have emerged in the mining sector in Katanga during the 1990s. Without judging the matter of the legality of these activities, the author follows their various trajectories in the recent history of Katanga so as to better evaluate their role in the future of the region. |
