La question principale est de mesurer si l’ouverture des cadres d’expression des libertés civiles qui figure dans la Constitution fédérale, notamment sur le plan de la valorisation de la diversité ethnique, a impulsé de nouvelles dynamiques dans les pratiques de création, de diffusion et de transmission culturelle. |
