| Summary, etc. | Depuis 10 ans, l’affrontement entre Boko Haram et l’État nigérian a connu plusieurs phases. Dans la dernière, à partir de 2019, l’armée nigériane s’est retranchée dans une vingtaine de supercamps, projetant tout autour ses attaques aériennes contre les diverses factions insurgées. Le conflit apparaît ainsi bloqué, mais sans doute au profit des insurgés, qui étendent leur emprise territoriale et sur les populations, en l’absence de perspective de solution politique. |

| Summary, etc. | Over the past ten years, the conflict between Boko Haram and the Nigerian government has undergone several phases. In the last one, starting in 2019, the Nigerian armed forces have become entrenched in about 20 super camps, directing its air strikes against the various surrounding insurgent factions. Subsequently, the conflict appears to be at a stalemate, but probably to the insurgents’ advantage, who are extending their control over territory and people in the absence of any prospects of a political solution. |
