| Summary, etc. | RésuméCette communication est une nouvelle application de la théorie générale « autonomie/dépendance/stratégie » présentée en 2008 (Congrès de l’Association latine pour l’analyse des systèmes de santé, Bruxelles). Elle s’applique ici à la relation entre le soigné et le soignant (dépendance) qui nécessite la mesure de leur niveau d’autonomie respectif. Cela requiert de repérer le système de valeurs culturelles et celui des moyens de chaque personne, « réveillés » par les aides et actes à accomplir lors d’une hospitalisation. Vis-à-vis de ces derniers, la théorie permet de pointer les valeurs et moyens en synergie et en opposition, d’où la possibilité de choisir des stratégies adéquates (choix des mobilisations/démobilisations de valeurs repérées chez le patient en adéquation avec celles du soignant, utilisation ou non de certains moyens). La mission fondamentale du soin étant de faire varier l’autonomie du patient par une dépendance momentanée au soignant. Prat Organ Soins 2010;41(1):151-159 |

| Summary, etc. | This communication is a new application of the general theory “autonomy/dependency/strategy ” presented at CALASS 2008 (Latin association for health system analysis congress, Brussels). It applies here to the relationship between the carer and cared (dependency), which requires before the measurement of levels of Autonomy. This requires identifying the system of cultural values and the means of each person, “awakened ” by the aid and acts performed during hospitalization. For these acts, the theory can point values and means in synergy and in opposition, hence the choice of appropriate strategies (choice of mobilization/demobilization of values identified in the patient in line with those Caregiver, or use or not use certain means), the fundamental mission of care is to vary the patient’s autonomy by the momentary dependency.
