Elles posent néanmoins des problèmes qui doivent être gérés à la fois en agissant sur les déséquilibres politiques locaux et sur les formes juridiques de l’accueil en Europe : conditions de l’asile, organisation des éloignements, démantèlement des réseaux de passeurs… Toutes politiques à mettre sur pied collectivement et dans le respect des intérêts et valeurs de l’Union européenne. |
