La Chine essaie dès lors de peser sur la logique générale du système économique mondial, par de nouvelles institutions financières et en développant ses Nouvelles routes de la soie. Le Sud global reste divisé, recourant surtout à des stratégies de régionalisation économique, et parfois affaibli par le piège de la dette chinoise. |
