| Summary, etc. | Après trois décennies d’inflation basse en Europe occidentale et aux États-Unis, les prix ont recommencé à augmenter au moment de la crise du Covid-19 puis, surtout, après le début de la guerre d’Ukraine. Les causes de l’inflation ne sont pas exactement les mêmes des deux côtés de l’Atlantique. On trouve cependant, à des degrés divers, des points communs, comme le poids de l’insertion dans les chaînes de valeur globales, la flambée des prix de l’énergie ou les tensions sur le marché du travail. |

| Summary, etc. | After three decades of low inflation in Western Europe and in the United States, prices started to increase again at the time of the Covid-19 crisis and then especially after the start of the war in Ukraine. The causes of inflation are not identical on the two sides of the Atlantic. There are however, to a greater or lesser extent, some common drivers, such as the consequences of being entangled in global value chains, the explosion in energy prices, and tensions in the job market. |
