Les points communs se repèrent surtout dans les modes d’élaboration des politiques étrangères : personnalisation de la décision, réduction du rôle de la diplomatie classique, mobilisation interne des opinions… À plus long terme, l’effet des populismes pourrait cependant être une vision plus conflictuelle des rapports internationaux. |
