Il associe de manière structurelle une équipe de salariés et 250 bénévoles avec un important niveau d'exigence tant dans le recrutement personnalisé, la contractualisation, la formation et l'accompagnement de ces volontaires en vue d'un service de qualité dans la garantie des objectifs d’un travail social communautaire de qualité que dans la satisfaction des volontaires eux-mêmes. |

| Summary, etc. | “Voluntees employees : All professionals ?” Espace Social Tele-Service is a center of welfare situated in the center of Brussels since 1961. 250 volunteers are active with the social workers of the organization. They try to verify the assessment : "Volunteers and employees : everybody works like a professional here". The high level of quality is asked of the process of personalized recruting, contractualisation, training and coaching of the volunteers. The purpose is to get a high level of quality in welfare as in communitywork, but also to give a legitime well-being to the volunteers themselves.. |
