| Summary, etc. | Resumé S’il a souvent été fait référence à des antécédents de traumas dans l’histoire des jeunes suicidants, nous voulons insister ici sur le poids des empreintes traumatiques dans l’actualisation des tendances suicidaires à l’adolescence. Deux récits de cas illustrent la façon dont cette configuration se constitue à partir d’un originaire traumatique engendré par des troubles de filiation. À l’adolescence, ces enjeux suscitent de l’indifférenciation et de l’excitation. Les tensions traumatophiliques provoquent alors la répétition de tentatives de suicide, en particulier, chez les jeunes filles face à leur difficulté d’intégrer leur féminité. Pour élaborer les aspects paradoxaux et intersubjectifs de ces conflits, nous devons pouvoir entendre dans des consultations ouvertes, l’adolescente et ses proches, afin de pouvoir mettre en perspective ces tensions traumatiques avec ces failles de transmission. |

| Summary, etc. | Although reference is often made to a traumatic past in the history of young suicidal patients, we wish to emphasize the weight of the traumatic imprints on the revalorisation of suicidal tendencies during adolescence. Two cases illustrate the manner in which this configuration is built from a traumatic origin generated by filiation disorders. During adolescence, these stakes induce indifferentiation and excitation. The traumatophilic stress hence provokes the repetition of suicide attempts, notably in young girls confronted with the difficulty of integrating their femininity. To elaborate on the paradoxical and intersubjective aspects of such conflicts, we must be able to listen to the adolescent and to their friends and family during open consultations, so as to place this traumatic stress in perspective with inadequacies in transmission. |
