| Summary, etc. | Resumé Le but de cet article sera de mettre en évidence les spécificités thérapeutiques face aux pathologies maternelles borderline en période postnatale. Ces éléments s’appuient sur les recherches cliniques actuelles et nous ont emmené à élaborer des stratégies thérapeutiques précises. Tant le cadre de ces psychothérapies que leur contenu sont modifiés pour permettre un abord possible des pathologies de la discontinuité. La prise en charge conjointe en psychothérapie par un thérapeute et un co-thérapeute (personnel de petite enfance) représente un élément original et indispensable de ces prises en charge. |

| Summary, etc. | The purpose of this article is to highlight the therapeutic specificities of post-maternal borderline personality disorders. These particular aspects are based on recent clinics research studies and have led us to put together precise therapeutic strategies. The general frame as well as the content of these psychotherapies are organized to allow possibly a therapeutic approach of these “pathologies of discontinuity”. The cotherapy of both psychoanalysis and health worker is a unique and original part necessary for the establishment of this setting. |
