Summary, etc. | Resumé Selon D. W. Winnicott : « La culture est cette tradition dont on hérite, à condition d’avoir un lieu où situer ce que l’on reçoit ». À notre époque, ne pourrions-nous pas nous demander : quelle(s) culture(s), et quel(s) lieu(x) ? Les enfants de migrants, en équilibre souvent instable entre différents lieux, partagés entre « culture du dedans » et « culture du dehors » présentent plus de troubles psychopathologiques et plus de difficultés scolaires que les autres. La mise en place d’un setting transculturel en pédopsychiatrie semble pouvoir se faire dans la mesure des moyens de chacun, sans avoir besoin d’une sur-spécialisation à outrance. L’association de consultations familiales souples, d’une thérapie individuelle et d’un travail de groupe par le média du conte bilingue, travaillant tant sur la filiation que sur l’affiliation, donne de bons résultats. |

Summary, etc. | As D.W. Winnicott wrote it : « Culture is this tradition which one inherits, if there is space to receive what is given ». Nowadays we could wonder which culture and which space ? Migrants’ children, divided between « inside culture » and « outside culture », in an often unstable balance, have more psychopathological trouble and more difficulties in learning and at school than other children. To create a transcultural setting in pedopsychiatry is not as difficult as it seems, without specializing more. The association of familial consultations, an individual therapy for the child, and a work in small groups using bilingual tales, has given good results. |
