Summary, etc. | Resumé L’étude résumée ici veut interroger le sens et la valeur des troubles émotionnels qui accompagnent la dyslexie souvent cités dans les classifications médicales de référence : simple conséquence psychologique de l’échec adaptatif aux exigences d’apprentissage, ou témoins d’une défense centrale dans l’organisation mentale d’un sujet jeune en devenir ? Deux groupes distincts de 20 écoliers dyslexiques sont examinés avec diverses épreuves classiques de l’examen psychologique. L’étude rapporte les éléments issus des récits des enfants au test projectif TAT. Sans exception, ces récits mettent en évidence une dépendance vis-à-vis de l’image et une négation du temps. L’une et l’autre témoignent d’un mécanisme mental de défense de type pré-névrotique contre la perte du rapport visuel à l’objet, et contre l’angoisse dépressive. Cette observation monotone n’est contredite par aucun des 40 enfants examinés, elle caractérise ces enfants, et non les membres d’un groupe témoin également en difficulté scolaire mais non dyslexiques. |

Summary, etc. | Dyslexia in psychological assessmentThis paper wants to question the medical classifications on the frequency of emotional diseases that often come with dyslexia. Two groups of 20 children are examined with the Murray Thematic Apperception Test. Without any exception, the answers show that the dyslexic children are dependent on the pictures and that they do not use any term that implies time. These two characteristics evoke a pre-neurotic mental mechanism against the lack of visual contact with the object, and depressive distress. |
