| Summary, etc. | Resumé « Je ne sais pas où j’étais, mais ce n’était pas moi ». L’éveil de coma nous confronte à une énigme. Comment entendre la souffrance du patient dans cette confluence de détresses organiques et psychiques ? L’éveil de coma est un moment traumatique tant par le vécu actuel du patient dans un service de réanimation que par le travail de reconstruction auquel doit s’attacher l’appareil psychique. Cet article propose, à travers la lecture du conte de la belle au bois dormant, de s’interroger sur les processus psychiques en jeu lors de l’éveil de coma et sur la possibilité d’une modélisation théorique de ceux-ci. Cette réflexion est issue du travail de recherche de l’auteur en service de réanimation médicochirurgicale adulte. Il s’appuie sur des entretiens individuels avec les patients, leurs familles ainsi qu’un travail de groupe avec les soignants. Cet article rend compte de plusieurs temps de l’éveil de coma et met en évidence la question de la nature des stimuli et leur rôle dans la nature inquiétante de l’éveil. Il propose la conception d’une tresse borroméenne du sujet constituée de trois brins somatique, psychique et énergétique. Ces articulations sont tirées des rêveries dramatiques des patients et de l’émergence de celles-ci dans les paroles des patients. L’auteur présente les articulations avec d’autres théories et ouvre une série d’interrogation quant aux pathologies de l’éveil. Cette réflexion s’inscrit dans une recherche plus large concernant l’élaboration d’une métapsychologie de l’éveil. |

How to hear about the patient’s suffer in this confluence of organic and psychical distresses? Arousal of coma is a traumatic moment. So much for the patient’s ongoing life in the intensive care service than for the work of reconstruction to whom psychical equipment has to be attached. This article suggests through the reading of the fairy tale “the sleeping wood beauty” to question about the psychical processes at stake during arousal of coma and about the possibilities to establish a theoretical model for them. This article is due to the author searching work in the adult service of medico chirurgical intensive care. He leans to individual discussions with patients, their families and cluster work with medical staff. This article talks about many different steps of arousal of coma and asks the question of the nature of stimuli and their role into the disturbing nature of arousal of coma. It proposes the conception of a Borromeenne braid of the topic constituted of three somatic, psychical and energetic strands. These articulations are extracted from the patient’s dramatic daydreaming and their emergence into the patient’s talk. The author presents articulations with other theories and asks for pathologic arousal of coma. This reflection inscribed in a larger elaboration of metapsychologie of coma’s arousal. |
