| Summary, etc. | Resumé Dans un précédent travail l’auteur avait décrit un mode majeur de construction de la schizophrénie, description largement fondée sur une mise en perspective de ce que montre la clinique, avec les travaux de G. Bateson et collaborateurs. Sur le double bind et ceux de Rund, Singer et Wynne sur la communication deviance et sur les exprimed emotions ; ce mode majeur d’entrée dans la psychose implique un long apprentissage lié à un mode très particulier de communication familiale. Il propose ici la description d’une seconde modalité de construction de la schizophrénie. Cette seconde modalité d’entrée dans la schizophrénie ne semble pas mettre en jeu les mêmes processus : elle relèverait plutôt d’une incapacité individuelle à apprendre la règle du jeu social. Ces remarques ouvrent à des stratégies psychothérapeutiques différentes. |

| Summary, etc. | Schizophrenia : the issue of the rule of the social gameIn a previous article the author had described a major mode of construction of schizophrenia, description largely founded on a setting in prospect for what the private clinic shows, with work of G. Bateson and coll. On the double bind and those of Rund, Singer and Wynne on the communication deviance and the exprimed emotions; this major mode of entry in the psychosis implies a long training related to a very particular mode of family communication. The author hypothesized that beside the double bind communication, there is another type of dysfunctional family communication in early schizophrenia, called “the impairement to learn the rules of social game”. These remarks open with different psychotherapeutic strategies. |
