Ils sont liés à la structure du marché du travail interne, aux conditions d’emploi et de travail, au profil social des salariés, etc. Entravent-ils totalement le développement des organisations syndicales et la conduite d’actions revendicatives ? Ou celles-ci réussissent-elles à les surmonter par une approche renouvelée et une offre spécifique ? C’est à ces questions que ce texte cherche à répondre en portant la focale sur les orientations et les pratiques des organisations syndicales implantées dans ce secteur et en s’intéressant à leur aptitude à faire face aux différentes formes de flexibilité auxquelles ont recours les entreprises de la branche. |

Or do the latter succeed in overcoming them through a renewed and specific offer? These are the questions the text addresses in focusing on the policies and practices of trade unions, operating in that sector, and examining their ability to cope with different forms of flexibility used by companies in that sector. |
