| Summary, etc. | Resumé 1) arrière plan théorique/objectifs : Montrer la pertinence clinique et les butées de l’apport de Ferenczi quant à la question de l’articulation effectuée entre réalité psychique et réalité du traumatisme. 2) Méthodes : Après avoir situé le contexte freudien, nous étudions de façon chronologique le cheminement de Ferenczi quant à cette question et nous évoquons rapidementWinnicott qui aborde ces questions également. Nous relions cela à notre clinique de thérapies d’enfants maltraités. 3-4) Résultats et discussion : Dès les premiers textes, la question de la réalité extérieure est prégnante, mais comme environnement facilitant, puis apparaît la question du traumatisme, que Ferenczi décline au sein de la famille, de la psyché, de l’analyse. Winnicott ajoutera une voie thérapeutique : celle du jeu et de la créativité, que nous trouvons très opérante dans la clinique d’enfants maltraités. 5) Conclusion : l’oeuvre de Ferenczi reste très pertinente dans la clinique d’enfants traumatisés par une histoire difficile, mais n’évoque pas la possibilité thérapeutique ouverte par Winnicott : reconstruction du psychisme par le biais du fantasme, du jeu, qui élabore la réalité du traumatisme tout en la transformant, la recréant autrement. |

| Summary, etc. | Ferenczi between psychic reality and the traumatism’s reality : abutments and relevance of his work in clinical practice1)Objective/background:To show the clinical relevance and abutments of Ferenczi’s contribution regarding the articulation between psychic reality and the traumatism’s reality. 2)Methods: After recalling the Freudian context and Winnicott’sworks, we studied Ferenczi’s thinking in a chronological way with links with our clinical practice as therapist with maltreated children. 3-4) results/dicussion: From the very start in Ferencki’s works, the issue of exterior reality is prominent and posited as a facilitating environment. He then explored the issue of traumatism in the family, psychic and analytic processing domains. Winnicott in turn adds a therapeutic way, play and creativity, which we find very efficient in our practice with maltreated children. 5) Conclusion: Ferenczi’s work is still pertinent in clinical practice with maltreated children. |
