| Summary, etc. | Resumé Nous proposons d’aborder la clinique de l’anorexie mentale à l’adolescence du point de vue du fraternel, à partir de trois situations cliniques. Chez ces patientes anorexiques, leur lien fraternel (ou sororal) présente une histoire et une configuration particulière. Le déclenchement des troubles correspond à une forme d’expérience interpersonnelle où Je émerge d’un jeu, au nom du lien intime qui, au cœur de l’être, unit l’intra psychique et l’intersubjectif. Nous tenterons de mettre en évidence une analogie entre les principaux mécanismes en jeu dans les relations d’ordre fraternel, au regard du cadre familial et/ou social qui les abrite, et ceux inhérents à certaines activités adolescentes. À ce sujet, nous verrons de quelle manière l’expérience fraternelle peut participer de manière structurante au processus adolescent comme se montrer parfois aussi existentielle qu’aliénante. |

| Summary, etc. | The fraternal bond in adolescent clinics: a case series in anorexia nervosaWith regard to three clinical situations we will address the clinics of Anorexia Nervosa in Adolescence from the conceptual angle of the Fraternal. In these adolescent girls with Anorexia nervosa, the brotherly (or sisterly) ties présent with particular history and configurations. The onset of the disorder corresponds to an abrupt change in fraternal relationships. Fraternal relationships are ambiguous fostering identity processes as well as paving the way for mental disturbances. In keeping with the clinics of Anorexia Nervosa in Adolescence, we will highlight the dynamics that determines the results of adolescent fraternal experiences. |
