| Summary, etc. | RésuméL’approche principale de la recherche « mécontentement et négociation » est constituée de l’étude des différences caractérisant les négociations des deux parties opposées. Le passage du sentiment de mécontentement à la réaction par rapport à celui-ci envisage une activité qui se développe sous l’influence des modalités de recours à la négociation collective. Dans cette perspective, une étude comparative analysant les différents types de mécontentement en fonction des différentes formes de négociation sociale, apparaît utile. Dans une situation de menace où la pratique de la négociation dépend des rapports de force aboutissant aux solutions gagnant-perdant, les mécontentements sociaux sont susceptibles de s’orienter vers le défi. Une approche alternative consiste à montrer comment dans une situation problématique où les parties opposées apprécieraient la négociation coopérative avec les solutions gagnant-gagnant, les mécontentements sociaux peuvent être basculés vers le compromis. |

| Summary, etc. | Social Discontent and Collective NegotiationThe main objective of this article is to present the role of social negotiation in the transformation of social discontents. The passage of feeling of disagreement to social protestation is based to the modes of social decision making and appeal to the social negotiation. In fact, the discontent will put in relation the collective expectations and legitimate means, in order to modify the situation appeared unjust. In this perspective, a comparative analysis of the different types of formation of discontent in relation with the different forms of social negotiation appears necessary. The historical approach is on the imbalance of power between dominated and dominant in the practice of negotiation, at this perspective, the discontents are directed towards the challenge. A different approach looks at how in a society structured organically by the interdependence of intermediary institutions, the discontents take a model directed towards the compromise that is formulated in the political system. |
