| Summary, etc. | Les chercheurs ne peuvent ignorer que la réalité de la vie des jeunes est une réalité complexe et changeante, souvent dissimulée et déformée. Il est important de comprendre les incertitudes et les défis de cette réalité, en tenant compte du contexte. En prenant appui sur une étude exploratoire de terrain, nous présentons les enjeux des loisirs nocturnes des étudiants dans la ville de Braga et les transactions menées, en nous centrant sur les effets qui en découlent pour leur santé. |

| Summary, etc. | Culture of the night, health of young: one may to hide otherMany times, the studies on youth only reflect the reality of its life, and may do so in a manner more or less deformed, given the smokescreens and deviations always possible. It is a complex and shifting reality that researchers cannot ignore. Thus, it is important to understand the uncertainties and the challenges of this reality all regard the entire surrounding context. Taking into account these dimensions, in this paper, supported by fieldwork-oriented exploratory-based interviews, we studied the problem of the intricacies of leisure night of university students in the city of Braga and the related transactions, but without ignoring other aspects of their biographies with particular emphasis the effects that this may bring to their health. |
