Il propose une analyse des discours de maîtresses d’hommes mariés (qu’elles soient elles-mêmes mariées ou non). Il s’agit, de manière centrale, de montrer que le système social de genre est au principe d’attendus féminins envers les hommes et l’amour d’une part et d’un clivage entre des figures féminines positives et négatives d’autre part qui sont au principe de souffrances morales spécifiquement féminines dans les situations d’amours clandestines. |

The discourse analysis of married men’s mistresses (whether or not they themselves are married) reveals a gendered social system structured by feminine expectations of men and love. This system reveals both a split between positive and negative feminine figures while the context of clandestine love scenarios generates specific moral suffering for amongst the women. |
