| Summary, etc. | La Martinique s’achemine sur la voie d’un changement institutionnel avec la mise en place de la Collectivité Territoriale de Martinique (CTM), en décembre 2015, entraînant la disparition du Conseil Régional et du Conseil Général. Par ailleurs, la pyramide des âges de ces deux collectivités est vieillissante. Cette situation conduira la nouvelle collectivité à renouveler dans moins de dix ans 25 % de ses effectifs. Une métamorphose des pratiques de gestion des ressources humaines s’impose. Le Conseil Régional de Martinique anticipe en développant un management intergénérationnel à travers le tutorat. Le tutorat, outil de socialisation professionnelle, consiste à transformer les agents seniors en tuteurs « passeurs de compétences reconnues », les invitant ainsi à sortir de l’individualisme. Le tutorat convoque alors la dialectique sujet-acteur. Ce dispositif propice à l’émergence d’une organisation apprenante ouvre des perspectives intéressantes pour la Collectivité Territoriale de Martinique. Cette approche s’inscrit dans les théories de l’interdépendance. Aussi l’analyse de cette initiative régionale s’appuiera-t-elle sur la sociologie singulariste qui invite à traduire systématiquement les enjeux collectifs en épreuves. |

| Summary, etc. | The intergenerational tutoring, the test of the proofMartinique is in the process of an institutional change with the instauration of the Martinique Territorial Local Authority ( Collectivité Territoriale de Martinique) in December 2015, leading to the disappearance of the Regional Council and the General Council of Martinique. Furthermore, the age structure of these two local authorities is aging. This situation will lead the new territorial local authority to renew in less than 10 years, 25% of its staff. A metamorphosis of management practices is required. The Regional Council of Martinique is anticipating this process by developing an intergenerational management through tutoring. Tutoring, an instrument of professional socialization consists in transforming senior staff agents in tutors of recognized skills, inviting them to move out of individualism. Tutoring convenes the dialectic subject-actor. This enabling device for the emergence of a learning organization opens interesting perspectives for the Martinique territorial local authority. This approach is enshrined in the theories of interdependence. Moreover, the analysis of this regional initiative will be supported by the singularity in sociology which systematically invites the translation of collective issues into challenges. |
