| Summary, etc. | L’histoire de la science procède par révolutions non par accumulation (Kuhn, 1962). Chaque période de l’histoire, cependant, présente différentes conceptions du changement. À présent, la coexistence du processus stochastique de la complexité avec les déterminations du passé représente la combinaison d’une pluralité de conditions concomitantes qui montrent le plus fréquemment une conscience plurielle, incertaine et souvent inconsciente d’un devenir beaucoup plus flottant. Dans cette optique, les concepts de transaction, de transition et de transformation « font système ». Le sens du mouvement que la matrice trans implique se développe dans un processus de synergie interne, relationnelle, un médium, en réciprocité avec l’environnement extérieur. Acteurs, contenus et processus, liés au préalable, doivent se reconnaître aujourd’hui dans un système complexe et flottant où de nouvelles significations et attentes se reformulent et se « réorientent » sur un plan de remaniement continu de significations dans la diversité des spécificités identitaires et organisationnelles. Par ces leviers épistémiques, l’évolution des genres fait partie d’un processus de révision des paradigmes culturels de l’identité sexuée avec laquelle ils ont été définis, dominants ou dominés, et offre la possibilité d’activer un registre existentiel plus réfléchi, plus dynamique, plus ouvert, plus adapté aux attentes et aux orientations de sens identitaires. |

| Summary, etc. | The history of science proceeds by revolutions not for accumulation (Kuhn, 1962). Each period of history, however, presents different conceptions of change. Now, the coexistence of the stochastic process of the complexity with the determinations of the past, represents the combination of a plurality of concomitant conditions, a plural uncertain consciousness often unaware of a future much more floating. In this perspective the concepts of transaction, transition and transformation are making system. The meaning of the movement that matrix trans involves, develops in a process of internal synergy, relational, the medium, in reciprocity with the external environment. Actors, content and processes before bounded to “préalable”, today must recognize within the complex and fluid processes of contexts in which new meanings and expectations reformulate re-orient on a continuous reworking of meanings in the diversity of singularity and organizational identity. With these epistemic levers the gender evolution become part of a review process of the cultural paradigms of sexual identity with which they have been settled: dominant or dominated, and highlights the option of activating a more dynamic and more open reflexive existential process, suited to expectations and sense directions of identity. |
