| Summary, etc. | Agir pour la protection de l’enfance n’est plus seulement s’attacher au fait qui conduit à la mise en danger d’un mineur, mais à son anticipation : le risque de danger. Cette nouvelle conception de l’évaluation sociale renvoie désormais à la responsabilité des professionnels et des citoyens fédérés autour d’un même cadre instrumental : l’ information préoccupante, définie par la loi du 5 mars 2007 rénovant la protection de l’enfance. À partir de la grille d’analyse du care, la finalité est de comprendre l’essor et les effets de la reformulation du champ de l’enfance en danger au cours des années 2000 en s’attachant à décrire les enjeux sociaux et politiques qu’elle soulève. |

| Summary, etc. | Taking action for the protection of children is no longer looking at the act that leads to the endangerment of a minor, but looking at its anticipation: the risk of danger. This new conception of the social evaluation sends back from now on to the responsibility of the professionals and the federated citizens around the very same instrumental frame: preoccupying information define by the Law of 5 March 2007 renovating the protection of children.
