| Summary, etc. | Resumé Cet article résume une étude visant à repérer les particularités du fonctionnement psychique des adolescents suicidants et à apprécier les remaniements identificatoires à moyen terme. À l’aide de bilans psychologiques, 30 études longitudinales sont réalisées. Se vérifient 4 hypothèses concernant la variété des organisations psychiques, la présence d’identifications mélancoliques témoignant d’une désorganisation du fonctionnement psychique, l’extrême dépendance aux figures parentales brouillant les repères générationnels et l’évolution des aménagements psychiques après un an. Les réaménagements psychiques varient d’un sujet à l’autre. En tendance générale, les identifications mélancoliques s’estompent un an après le geste suicidaire au profit d’une création d’enveloppes identitaires contenantes. La présence de représentations de meurtre et de séparation dans les protocoles projectifs peu après le geste suicidaire est corrélée à une mobilisation défensive accrue, à une meilleure gestion pulsionnelle et à un traitement plus élaboré de la problématique de perte et du conflit oedipien après un an. Après l’acte-suicide, les représentations de meurtre favorisent une transformation de la violence pubertaire et des remaniements identificatoires. |

| Summary, etc. | A psychoanalytical study of suicidal behaviors in adolescence Objective: To identify the particularities of the psychic functioning of suicidal adolescents and assess the medium-term modifications of identification processes. Method: Using clinical interviews and projective techniques such as Rorschach and TAT, thirty longitudinal case studies have been conducted. Results: Four hypotheses have been confirmed concerning the diversity of psychic functioning, the presence of melancholic identifications resulting from the disorganization of the psychic functioning submitted to intense drive pressure, the extreme dependence to the parental imago which blurred generational references and adjustments of psychic functioning over the year following the suicidal attempt. Even if the psychic adjustments varied among participants, melancholic identifications generally decreased while containing identity envelopes emerged. Discussion: Murder and separation representations, present in projective protocols soon after the suicidal attempt, are associated with higher defense mechanisms activation, a better drive economy and a better elaboration of issues surrounding the loss and the Oedipus conflicts, as observed one year after suicidal behavior. Conclusion: The emergence of Murder representations soon after the suicidal attempt, seems to foster the transformation of the pubertal violence and the reorganization of identification processes. |
