Summary, etc. | Resumé Le trouble des conduites constitue un motif de consultation pédopsychiatrique en augmentation de fréquence. Il traduit probablement les modifications liées à l’évolution des mentalités de la société ainsi que celles en lien avec les remaniements profonds du fonctionnement des familles. L’article propose un modèle de procédure diagnostique souple et structuré intégrant la complémentarité du psychiatre et du psychologue pour enfants. Différents formats d’entretiens cliniques sont retenus et sont complétés par l’apport d’un test psychologique, à savoir le CAT/TAT (Children Apperception Test/Thematic Apperception Test). Le modèle est discuté à la lumière des résultats issus du travail diagnostique avec une cohorte de 30 garçons âgés entre 6 et 10 ans. |

Summary, etc. | A model of the diagnostic procedure for Conduct Disorders in childrenConduct Disorders are an increasing and challenging reason for referral in Child Psychiatric Out-Patient Department (OPD). It is a reflexion of changes in social attitudes and family functioning. The article proposes a model of a diagnostic procedure, both flexible and structured, integrating the psychiatrist and the psychologist respective parts for assessing conduct impairments in children. Various formats of clinical meetings are proposed and supplemented by the contribution of a thematic personality test, namely the CAT/TAT (Children Apperception Test / Thematic Apperception Test). The model is discussed in light of the results of a study conducted in a OPD clinical sample including thirty 6 to and 10 year-old boys. |
