Du niveau d’organisation de la personnalité découle un type de sexualité, narcissique et prégénital ou objectal génitalisé. La tolérance de la passivité chez chaque conjoint lui permet d’accepter l’afflux pulsionnel à l’origine du désir et de la jouissance. Mais des alliances inconscientes défensives peuvent engendrer un évitement de la sexualité conjugale, renforcé par l’accession à la parentalité. |

Sexuality derives from personality organization, with pregenital narcissistic or genital object-relations. Tolerance of the passivity in each partner allows for the acceptance of the sexual drives flooding which leads to experience both desire and pleasure. However defensive mechanisms can lead to the avoidance of conjugal sexuality, reinforced by the accession to parenthood. |
