Il peut, d’une manière synoptique, se décliner en trois dimensions, au sens propre, car il s’agit d’un volume et non d’une surface, et au sens figuré car on y trouve une diversité dans sa signification initiale et sa détermination, un caractère dérogatoire au droit commun du droit international, et une multiplicité de différends. Loin d’une évolution sociologique qui en atténue la rigidité, le droit des frontières continue, en droit international, d’être le marqueur d’une forme d’exception. |
