| Summary, etc. | Resumé Ce travail s’intéresse aux possibles conséquences psychopathologiques sur l’enfant des situations de séparation des parents. Au travers de différentes vignettes cliniques, l’auteur dégage plusieurs lignes de compréhensions psychopathologiques liées à cet événement (dimension traumatique de la séparation, mobilisation de mécanismes de défenses coûteux...), pouvant constituer parfois une entrave au développement psycho-affectif de l’enfant. Ce travail fournit par ailleurs l’occasion d’appuyer l’importance de la psychothérapie de l’enfant ou de l’adolescent en souffrance dans un tel contexte. Son objectif sera, dans des situations pouvant faire courir le risque d’une atteinte des processus de subjectivation, d’analyser la conflictualité et de repositionner le patient comme sujet. |

| Summary, etc. | Completed separation, interminable separation, violence for children This work focuses on the potential impact of parental separation on the psychological development of the child. In keeping with several clinical vignettes, the author highlights a few factors which contributes to psychopathology understanding (traumatic dimension of separation, costly defenses mechanisms...). This work also provides an opportunity to support psychodynamic psychotherapy in child or adolescents suffering from parental separation. In situations which bear the risk to impede subjectivation processes, the therapy will help working through psychological conflicts and repositioning the patient as a subject. |
