| Summary, etc. | Les défis auxquels est confrontée l’école sont nombreux. Dès lors, si elle souhaite les affronter, elle doit nécessairement se penser différemment. C’est ce que le Collège Pie 10 à Châtelineau tente de faire au quotidien. Voilà presque dix ans que l’établissement a repensé son organisation jusqu’à modifier les rythmes scolaires. Mais pas seulement. Cette école tente également à son échelle de prévenir le décrochage scolaire. Dans ce sens, elle a mis sur pied un dispositif interne d’accrochage scolaire, sorte de sas d’écoute où le jeune peut, s’il le souhaite, être accompagné par un intervenant social. L’idée a mûri et la spécificité du travail s’est peu à peu précisée. Cet article tente donc de rendre compte du projet des nouveaux rythmes scolaires ainsi que du travail d’accrochage réalisé au sein du dispositif. |
