| Summary, etc. | Cet article s’intéresse à la professionnalisation des AESH (Accompagnants des élèves en situation de handicap) dans le cadre de l’inclusion d’élève dans des établissements scolaires ordinaires. Ces agents tendent peu à peu à être reconnus comme de véritables professionnels par les textes officiels et la création de diplômes. Nous explorons un élément de leur professionnalisation à travers leur éthique professionnelle. Des entretiens semi-dirigés font ressortir les soucis ou tensions éthiques qu’ils expriment lors de la prise en charge de dilemmes professionnels qu’ils rencontrent. Cette première approche exploratoire montre que les tensions vécues renvoient à des conflits intérieurs qu’ils éprouvent lors de la rencontre des cas particuliers en situation. Ils agissent selon leurs valeurs personnelles et selon la représentation qu’ils ont de leur mission inclusive. |

| Summary, etc. | AESH at the service of an inclusive and caring school: what ethical skills?This article focuses on the professionalization of AESH (Accompanying students with disabilities) as part of the inclusion of students in mainstream schools. These agents tend gradually to be recognized as true professionals by the official texts and creation of diplomas. We explore an element of their professionalization through their professional ethics. Semi-structured interviews highlight the ethical concerns or tensions they express when dealing with the professional dilemmas they encounter. This first exploratory approach to the ethical concerns of AESH shows that the tensions experienced refer to internal conflicts that they experience when encountering particular cases in situation. Therefore, they act according to their personal values and the representation of their inclusive mission. |
