| Summary, etc. | Parmi les personnes les plus violentées dans la société française contemporaine, on peut citer les femmes sans-abri. Ces conditions d’existences génèrent une exposition permanente aux risques et à la violence sous toutes ses formes : climatique, physique, symbolique, sexuelle. Dès lors, on peut élaborer, dans ces contextes, une violence holistique. Rapidement et inexorablement, la personne est atteinte et violentée dans son intégrité globale donnant lieu à des interventions professionnelles. Si la prise en charge médicale reste possible et rapide, notamment en cas d’urgence vitale, la prise en charge sociale apparaît difficile, voire impossible, particulièrement tant que ces femmes résideront dans l’espace public. Comment imaginer des interventions sociales plus adaptées évitant le découragement professionnel ? Imaginer, dès la première rencontre, un parcours d’espaces différenciés et des pratiques complémentaires permet d’envisager une prise en charge globale de ces corps de femmes violentées. Ainsi, on peut conceptualiser un parcours de « soins sociaux » pour aller vers… la reconstruction identitaire. |

| Summary, etc. | Among the most abused people in contemporary French society, we can cite homeless women. These living conditions generate permanent exposure to risks and violence in all its forms: climatic, physical, symbolic, sexual. Therefore we can develop, in these contexts, a holistic violence. Quickly and inexorably, the person is affected and abused in his overall integrity giving rise to professional interventions. If medical care remains possible and rapid, particularly in the event of a life-threatening emergency, social care appears difficult, if not impossible, particularly as long as these women reside in public space. How to imagine more adapted social interventions avoiding professional discouragement? Imagining, from the first meeting, a course of differentiated spaces and complementary practices makes it possible to envisage a global care of these bodies of abused women. Thus, we can conceptualize a “social care” path to Go Towards… identity reconstruction. |
