| Summary, etc. | Les idées et pratiques d’entreprises appartenant au secteur de l’Économie sociale et solidaire (ESS) française se diffusent à l’international, notamment en Afrique subsaharienne. Les entreprises concernées revendiquent un partenariat dit « gagnant-gagnant », basé sur la réciprocité. L’échange, la négociation, le don/contre-don étant à la base du partenariat selon les acteurs d’organismes étudiés, l’approche de la transaction sociale appuie l’analyse de la transposition d’un type d’entreprise à but socio-économique appelé Le Relais, de la France vers le Sénégal. Comment ce réseau d’entreprises français du secteur de l’ESS trouve-t-il sa place en gardant son « esprit » dans un contexte totalement différent ? Un modèle d’entreprise du secteur de l’ESS français a-t-il vocation à s’étendre, à se généraliser ? L’analyse repose sur des données empiriques issues d’une recherche doctorale sur des coopérations entre organismes français et sénégalais. |

The case of Le Relais, a network of companies with a socioeconomic vocationThe transposition in Senegal of an imported model of a social and solidarity economy company within a North-South transaction context: the case of Le Relais, a network of companies with a socioeconomic vocation. In the context of North-South relations, we notice an international spread out of ideas and practices of the social solidarity and economy companies particularly in sub-Saharan African countries. The involved organisations actors all claim a so-called win-win partnership reciprocity based. Exchanges, negotiations and gift/counter-gift being the basis of the relationships according to the collaborating organisations actors, the social transaction will enlighten the analysis of the transposition of a model of company with a socioeconomic vocation from the North to the South especially from France to Senegal. The raised question is to know how that French network of companies acting in the field of social and solidarity economy manages to build up its place and keep its general institutional policy in a situation completely different from its original one ? This analysis will be based on empirical data that we got from field surveys we made about different situations of cooperation between French and Senegalese organisations. |
