L’actualité de cette analyse montre l’importance des isomorphismes institutionnel et managérial dans la reconfiguration du couple participation/évaluation. Les enjeux résident moins dans la mesure des écarts entre prescription et application que dans un remodelage des normes, valeurs et dans la répartition des rôles entre institutions étatiques de l’emploi et la participation des professionnels de l’insertion/inclusion. |

| Summary, etc. | In regarding to employment policies about “vulnerable” groups and in particular the integration through economic activity (IAE), the article offers a reading of participatory and evaluative logics in the context of a problematic of co-determination. The actuality of this analysis shows the importance of institutional and managerial isomorphisms in the reconfiguration of the participation/evaluation pair. The issues lie less in measuring the gaps between prescription and application than in a reshaping of standards, values and the distribution of roles between state employment institutions and the participation of integration/inclusion professionals. |
