| Summary, etc. | Après le vote de la « Loi n˚ 2005-102 du 11 février 2005 pour l’égalité des droits et des chances, la participation et la citoyenneté des personnes handicapées », de nouvelles pratiques ont été promues, notamment celle de l’évaluation globale par les équipes pluridisciplinaires de la MDPH.La participation à une expérimentation par la CNSA de l’évaluation conjointe des équipes de psychiatrie et de la MDPH pour des personnes souffrant d’un handicap psychique, nous conduit à mesurer les difficultés de l’évaluation globale pour les enfants souffrants de troubles psychiques et à questionner le rôle que le CMP peut y tenir. |

| Summary, etc. | On the assessment of children psychological impairments conducted by local facilities for handicapped peopleAfter the vote of the “law n˚ 2005-102 of February 11th, 2005 for the equality of the rights and the chances, the participation and the citizenship of the disabled persons”, new practices are outlined, in particular that of a global evaluation by the multidisciplinary teams of the MDPH.Our participation in an experiment, by the CNSA, of a joint evaluation by the teams of psychiatry and the MDPH for persons suffering from a psychic handicap, drives us to measure the difficulties of the global evaluation for the suffering children of psychological troubles and to question the role which the CMP (Medico Psychological Center) can hold it. |
