| Summary, etc. | La mise en place d’une relation thérapeutique sécurisante est souvent difficile avec des enfants présentant un trouble de l’attachement de type désorganisé en lien avec des expériences traumatiques précoces. Ce travail explique comment les théories de l’attachement et la clinique du traumatisme permettent de mieux comprendre le vécu interne de l’enfant et ainsi, mieux accueillir les expériences traumatiques lors du travail de psychothérapie. Nous analyserons, à partir de l’étude de cas d’une enfant prise en charge en hôpital de jour, les différentes étapes du travail thérapeutique. |

| Summary, etc. | Early trauma and disorganized attachment: how to work in psychotherapy? The establishment of a secure therapeutic relationship is often difficult with children presenting a disorganized attachment disorder linked with early traumatic experiences. This work explains how attachment theories and traumatic clinical practice provide insight into the child’s inner experience and thus, how it helps to accommodate traumatic experiences during psychotherapy’s work. We will analyze, from a case of a child in a day-hospital, different stages of therapeutic work. |
